Refunds:
If you are not completely satisfied, Executive Business Advisers will gladly refund your order within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipments:
If you are returning an order that was shipped, please make sure that the product is in new condition and that you return the item in the same or similar carton that it was shipped to you. Executive Business Advisers is not responsible for damage to shipment if another container is used to return the product. If returned publications are not in new condition, there will be a 20% surcharge. Shipping is non-refundable.

Seminar Cancellations and Substitutions:
Cancellations are subject to the entire workshop fee, which you may apply towards a future workshop. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Teleseminar Cancellations and Substitutions:
Cancellations are subject to the entire teleseminar fee. Notices of cancellation received prior to the teleseminar are entitled to receive a credit towards a future teleseminar. Credits expire 90 days from the original teleseminar date and may only be used to reschedule one time. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment and are not entitled to future credit. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the teleseminar and Executive Business Advisers must be notified of such substitutions by email from the original registrant.
