in a timely fashion that demonstrates your attention
to their interests.
Readable
Be sure your letters and memos are legible and use language
that is easy to understand, not crammed with jargon.
Say things as simply as you can to avoid confusing your
reader.
Reliable
The information you provide must be accurate on all
counts.
Reasonable
When you make a mistake, admit it. When people ask questions,
answer courteously. Be willing to accept some criticism
without blowing your top.
